We use Autumn’s leaves to create Wands of Beauty, for this Season and all Seasons to come. We bring our wands over our hearts and close our eyes… We inhale, reflect and give thanks. For Poinsettia’s Presence. Positivity. Cheer. Light. Hope… Blooming through even the darkest of nights. We exhale, ahhhhh…. And open our eyes. We extend our chests and arms, and wave blessings of Love and Peace and Goodwill to ALL! Mmm… Again. Again. Breathing Beauty. Breathing Power. Full from the heART.

Grace and Patience

Change is happening. Change is inevitable. And growth asks us to consistently release old skin and allow fresh, new, tender skin to evolve! We wonder… What contours and messages might we be carrying? What images and memories and dogma might we be holding? Ideals? Beliefs? Thoughts? Creeds? Principles? Hm? What seems to be flourishing? What energies are we wishing to sustain? What seems to be composting? What designs are we wishing to surrender?

Ahhh…. We play. We celebrate the ever-expanding and compressing skin that is the path of our experience! Full, open, bright… slow inhale through the nose…. long, slow exhale through the mouth… “hissssssssssss….”

All Things Are Circular…

Repeating. Natural. Continuous.
Consistent and Fresh.
Wheels and Hoops…
The Moon. The Sun. Our Seasons. Days. Years…
Cycles of Life.

We reflect and wrap yarn, think and rethink. We practice being ready… Ready for the change of beginnings. Ready for the change of endings. And new beginnings and new endings... The Excitement. The Fear. The Hope. The Harmony. The Balance. ALL the directions and stages of our incredible journey!

Ahhh. Inhaling Gratitude. Exhaling Appreciation.
How everything comes around in time... And how beautiful it is.

Everything is in Process

And so is our Tiny Garden. Always undergoing Change. Always in a phase of activity and expansion (Yang), and a phase of slowing down and contraction (Yin).

Somedays we sweep, we rake, we play … We might lay something down, and build on what already exists. We might pick something up, and move it, alter it, or create something new with it. Our designs might leap over the boundary and spill out onto our mat. On other days, we might dismantle and clean Garden, to begin again. Or, maybe, we aren’t moved to touch or create anything at all. We might let Garden BE still.

It’s our Practice. Our readiness. Our choosing… to adapt, accept, engage and continue to fall deep in Love with the present, and the fullness of what lies before us... To make something intentional and beautiful, and then let it go. Again, and again. Again.

I am the Nature of being different from who and what I am now. How I talk, how I look, how I act and think… What I believe in and dream about.. How I Love… It’s a script I can flip at any time. I’m all-progressing, ever-transitioning and at all times, transforming. Impossibly. Powerfully. Beautifully. I AM CHANGE.
