My Story is the collection of heARTened tales and songs and experiences that have graced and continue to grace the fabric of my Days and Dreams. A collection of the many languages and inspirations of the Wild, out there and within here, that pump me Alive. A collection of Wonder and Delight, blessed and enriched by my background in Yoga, Philosophy, Education, Wilderness and Sustainability training and practices. I invite a living Way to creatively Be again, in Balance and Harmony, with ourselves, with each other and with this wide and beautiful planet we Belong.
