We pay attention and increase sensitivity to our view and experience. Stopping each minute to look around, and really look... What do we notice? What appears new? What has changed? We smell, really smell... We listen, really listen... We draw in the energy of each space we find ourselves and focus on something that draws our attention. We create a walking timeline, celebrating five minutes of full presence. Ahhh, this world we are a part of! Truly, a place of opportunity and delight, just waiting to be unearthed.
