A mindful process of gathering and collecting Leaves of color and beauty. Appreciating Leaves. Noticing their features. Feeling them in our hands. Rubbing them, listening ... Punching holes and shapes. Scrunching them, crunching them, listening ... Paying attention to our senses and the changes we experience. The feeling, as tiny pieces of Leaves fall between our fingers, fluttering down, down, down ... Ahhh. We celebrate this once-lived Day. Here. Now. We grab handfuls of confetti and throw it up into the air and relish the showering of Earth Mother's gifts and blessings.
